Sign shops shouldn't lose jobs because the customer's logo doesn't scale to 4 feet wide. We redraw, rescale, and prep for the substrate your shop is running.

Vector AI / EPS / print-ready PDF with cut paths on a separate layer named 'CutContour' or your operator's convention. Each colour of vinyl sits on its own layer so your operator can isolate per-colour cut runs. Weeding considerations (minimum stroke widths, isolated counter-shapes) baked into the artwork at design time so the weeded vinyl doesn't tear.

Yes. ADA signage requires specific typographic constraints: sans-serif typeface with no decorative variation, character-stroke-to-height ratio between 10% and 30%, character height 5/8 inch to 2 inches depending on viewing distance, and tactile Braille (Grade 2) below the visual text with the correct dot dimensions and spacing. Our ADA signage artwork follows all these rules by default. We can deliver tactile-letter and Braille-ready files for your CNC router or rotary engraver.

Yes. Channel letter artwork ships with separate layers for the face, return, and back, with stroke weights set to match the metal-fabrication tolerance you specify. For dimensional letters cut from acrylic, PVC, or aluminium we deliver flat vector files at install scale plus a separate 'mounting hole' layer if your installer asks for it.

Yes. Customer-supplied artwork (often a low-res JPG or PNG) gets redrawn as a clean vector at install scale — usually 2 to 12 feet wide depending on the sign. Pantone colours called out for any brand requirements. Outlined text. Print-cut layers where the substrate and method require them.

Yes. White-label and reseller usage is included on the $399 Partner plan. Files ship unbranded. NDA on request, same-day signing. Your customer never sees Digital Polo.

Partner $399/month, Soulmate $899/month. Month-to-month, pause or cancel anytime, 7-day money-back guarantee on the first month.

Yes — we deliver 3D-rendered mock-ups for installation approval on dimensional and channel-letter jobs. The mock-up is a separate deliverable (still inside your $399 plan, not a surcharge) so you can show the customer how the finished sign will read against their storefront before you cut materials.

One design partner. Every sign installer-ready.

$399/month flat. 48-hour SLA. Cut-ready paths, ADA typography, substrate-aware files. Pause anytime.
