Built for T-shirt & apparel print shops

T-shirt design that's screen-ready.
Separations included.

Your customer wants 200 t-shirts and shows you a Pinterest screenshot. We turn that into screen-ready artwork with colour separations, plate-by-plate files, and Pantone matches — for $399/month flat.

Your press operator should be running shirts — not separating customer art into plates.

DTG, DTF & embroidery alternates

Same source artwork delivered in every format your shop runs. Switch between screen, DTG, DTF and embroidery without re-commissioning the design.

Every apparel format

From screen separations to embroidery digitizing

The formats your operators actually run.

Screen-print separations

Spot-colour separations on named layers, halftone screens where required, dot-shape and frequency to your shop's spec.

Screen-print separations

DTG-ready PNG

300 DPI PNGs with transparent backgrounds, separate white-ink underbase layer for dark-apparel printing.

DTG-ready PNG

DTF transfers

Layered PDF or PSD with white-ink underbase isolated. Ready to drop on your DTF film printer.

DTF transfers

Embroidery digitizing

DST and EMB files for Tajima, Barudan, Brother and Janome. Stitch density, underlay and sequencing called out.

Embroidery digitizing

Sublimation files

Mirror-flipped, full-bleed sublimation transfers sized for your roll or sheet stock. Colour-profile-aware.

Why apparel shops pick us

Designed for the press — not the screen.

The three decisions apparel-shop owners feel from the first job.

Plate separations by default

Every screen-print job ships with spot-colour separations on named layers. No 'I'll do it on the burner' workflow needed.

Halftones when the design demands them

Frequency, dot shape, and angle tuned to your mesh count. So shading prints clean instead of moiré.

DTG, DTF, embroidery from one source file

No need to commission new artwork when a customer switches from screen to DTG. Same source file; format-specific exports on demand.

Apparel-shop pricing

Two plans. Both screen-ready.

Pause or cancel anytime. Reseller rights included on both.

Vector AI / EPS / print-ready PDF with each spot colour on its own named layer (one layer per screen). All text outlined to paths. Halftone screens supplied where the design needs them, with screen-frequency and dot-shape called out per your shop's preference. Files ship with a low-res JPG mock-up of the final placement so your customer can approve before you burn screens.

Every spot colour gets a Pantone Solid Coated reference. For colours that have to be mixed in-house (ink-specific Pantones, athletic-gold variants, fluorescent inks) we call them out by your shop's house ink-mix library when you supply it. Most screen shops have a house book; share it once and we'll use it on every job.

Yes — simulated-process separation, four-colour-process separation, and index-colour separation depending on what the artwork demands and how many screens your customer is willing to pay for. We deliver each separation on a named layer plus a colour-block 'guide' file your screen-burner can use as the registration target.

Yes. DST and EMB files for the major machine families (Tajima, Barudan, Brother, Janome) with stitch counts, density, and underlay called out. We work from your vector logo or design; turnaround is the same 48 hours. For complex multi-colour designs we deliver stitch sequencing recommendations so your operator doesn't have to second-guess the order.

DTG: high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI with transparent background and a separate white-ink layer where the apparel is dark. DTF: layered PDF or PSD with the white-ink underbase explicitly separated and the colour-print layer on top — exactly as your DTF film printer expects.

Yes. White-label and reseller usage is included on the $399 Partner plan. Files ship unbranded. NDA on request, same-day signing.

Partner $399/month, Soulmate $899/month. Month-to-month, pause or cancel anytime, 7-day money-back guarantee on the first month.

One design partner. Every apparel format covered.

$399/month flat. 48-hour SLA. Screen, DTG, DTF, embroidery from one subscription. Pause anytime.
